Meet the Attorneys

Real Estate Lawyers at their finest

We are native San Antonians, with deep roots in our
community. The senior member, Albert W. Van Cleave, III, is
board certified in commercial real estate law. The Texas
Board of Legal Specialization admitted him over two
decades ago because he demonstrated his knowledge and
experience in real estate law. He has been recertified every
five year by the State Board of Legal Specialization as he
has continued to meet requirements for board certification.

Gregory T. Van Cleave is the newest addition to the firm. His
practice focuses on the transactional and consumer side of
Real Estate Law. Aside from being an attorney, Greg is also
a Real Estate Broker with a team of real estate agent s and a
full service real estate brokerage.
